HOW FAST DO ITEMS SHIP?

Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping orders ship within 1-3 business days during normal seasons. Since USPS does not guarantee shipping times, we can not promise exact delivery dates. If you need something by a specific date, please be sure to select UPS or Express Shipping so we can ship your order out via UPS for a faster and guaranteed shipping time. During Holiday seasons, there is a 1 week cut-off order date before the holiday for orders to ship in time for Holiday Delivery. Orders placed after that 1 week cut-off time are not guaranteed, however we do try our best to ship right away.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PICTURE ARTS?

Simply wiping the front with soap and water / or diluted Windex with a SOFT rag keeps your plaques looking crystal clear & streak free. Do not use abrasive cleaners, hard sponges, or any alcohol based products when cleaning.
